Ebola, honey and possible help

If I had Ebola

I fkn hate hospitals so if I had Ebola I'll tell ya what I'd do.
I'd keep cool - at all costs - take water only for up to 48 hours, accompanied by - antihistamines tabs - every 6 - 8 hrs - and if I had some red wine or grape juice (pref Fernet Branca tho/bitters with Port) I'd add 1/4 -1/2 tsp of cinchona bark, times four daily (the red wine has an enzyme that helps the bark to work) and the strange ingredients - tobacco! Just some tobacco soaked in the mixture, like you would an infusion of herb tea, could really help. Try for a about 5 months (even if feeling much better) to ensure you get that bugger and it's kin. Add to that some willow bark for a fever and you could be good in a couple of weeks. Don't starve yourself but eat bland stuff, apple sauce with cinnamon, oats, honey and water is good, and maybe salty crackers (avoid dairy)- you will get hungry as the temp comes and goes - the main thing is to stay relaxed, it doesn't have to kill you, it is usually stress that does that. When weird coloured stuff/goo starts oozing out, it can freak you out - just relax and pay it no heed, panic aint worth it, I know this is easier said than done, I am a traumatised person. Just learn to allow the fear and pain to wash over you as you breath and go with flow, and as fever eases you will feel great, just don't overdo the 'I am better dance' as it can bring back the illness, love you, hope you are better soon, (honey is great for a lot of stuff) I have a diploma in nutrition - and this is what I'd do. Be well.
